  • empower individuals and whanau to make achievable healthy lifestyle changes.
  • are customised to meet the specific needs of your organisation and it's employees.

We have provided Workplace Wellness Programmes for organisations in Wellington such as:

Healthy Futures recommends that schools:

  • have physical education, physical activity and nutrition policies that ensure a healthy environment

  • ensure canteens provide healthy food and drinks

  • ensure that commercial school lunch providers do not provide 'free' juices or cookies with lunch orders

  • consider what is being sold in school fundraisers and choose non-food options

  • do not give food or sweets as a 'reward' at school

  • encourage parents to bring fruit or non food treats if they wish to celebrate birthdays at school

  • ensure that vending machines offer healthy options

  • offer only healthy beverages - water and plain milk

  • encourage increased physical activity

  • limit screen time

Please contact us if you are interested in having Healthy Futures visit your school.
